It's a gloomy, dreary January day. Christine had therapy today. She got up and walked a few steps with a walker. She will remain at St. Thomas through Sunday and will be moving to either NHC Dickson or NHC Franklin on Monday. There currently are no openings at NHC Dickson but we are hoping for that to change over the weekend. It was good to see my Aunt Kathy and her husband Sid, Gary and Pricilla Fouts, and Tony and Carol Hendrix today. Steve and Lori, Patti Goodwin, and Todd and Michelle V. have all been by since Wednesday. The kids have been great all day. They've been glued to their electronics. Sarah wants to go to Moe's restaurant for supper. I've never been to one so I guess we will try it. The kids and I will then be heading to Dickson county tonight and returning to Nashville in the morning. Thanks for the cards, thoughts and prayers through Christine's surgery and subsequent recovery.
